Flooring

Surplus flooring materials for sale in Australia

Solid hardwood, engineered oak, hybrid vinyl, laminate, porcelain tiles — batches from jobs finished with a full box or two spare.

Flooring covers timber floorboards, laminates, engineered timber, vinyl planks, ceramic and porcelain tiles, carpet, underlays, and adhesives. Flooring installers finish jobs with several boxes of the specific board or tile — enough to redo a small room from surplus alone.

Common items: solid tongue-and-groove hardwood (Cypress, Blackbutt, Spotted Gum, Jarrah), engineered oak planks, hybrid vinyl (Karndean, Godfrey Hirst), laminate boards (Quick-Step, Formica), porcelain tiles in 300×600 and 600×600, ceramic wall tiles, timber flooring underlay, tile adhesive and grout, and carpet remnants.

Prices: full boxes of a specific product hold value if the batch and dye lot are stated. Same colour, different batch equals a visible line across a floor — buyers know this. Timber flooring is particularly sensitive to species and grade.

Confirm batch numbers before you buy if you're extending an existing floor. The seller should be able to give you the roll or box code from the packaging.
