Surplus plumbing materials for sale in Australia

Copper pipe, PEX, PVC, brass fittings, tapware and sanitaryware — leftovers from re-pipes, kitchen and bathroom jobs.

Plumbing surplus covers pipe, fittings, valves, hot water systems, tapware, cisterns, and drainage. Copper pipe (12.7mm, 15mm, 19mm) shows up as short lengths from re-piping jobs; PEX pipe on part-rolls, poly pipe for irrigation, and PVC sewer/stormwater in DN90, DN100, DN150.

Common finds: copper elbows and tees (M and F, brazed and crimp), brass valves and gate valves, isolation cocks, tempering valves, water meters and TMVs. Sanitaryware: cisterns, toilet suites new-in-box or as-new from show homes, vanities, laundry tubs. Tapware — bathroom and kitchen mixers in current models but oversupplied on the job.

Copper always holds value. Even offcuts get bought as scrap if not usable, and clean straight lengths get bought by other plumbers immediately. Watertight fittings must be inspected — old brass can be internally corroded even if it looks fine outside.

Licensed plumbing work is regulated in every state. Buy accordingly — the materials are legal to own but installation on potable water, gas or drainage is licensed work.
